RAM test error "Data bus test failed at bit 0x1"

I'm really confused that when I run the memory test the flash can pass the test but when I'm testing ssram and sdram the error "Data bus test failed at bit 0x1" sitll come out. I'm compared the SOPC with the example which I download from the Altera website, It's all the same .

I don't know what can cause this happen?

Is there any one meet this before?

I use the Cyclone starter kit and Quartus8.1.
