Question about Nios II economic version

I'm working with a development board DE-270 alters the processor you have is a Neo II economic (cyclone II family EP2C70F896C6). My question is what type of operating system I can try to install in this board.

I found a part of the page alters something about, "embedded Linux for the Nios II Processor", but found nothing to tell me if I can use this system on the board-270

I would help if they told me I can install system on this board and libraries or files that I attach to my work
