Quatus 2 11.1sp2 error massage

hello. My quatus 2 generates this error message when I start prpgram/configuration to the device of Cyclone 2 and EPCS1. the version of Quatus 2 is 11.1sp2 Please help if you know...

Hello.

My case, this problem is solved after updating Quatus 2 to version 12.0.

I think you should try updating Quatus 2 to newest version.
