Quartus-II Simulation WVF

Hello, I have done the simulation on other computer before, I installed Quartus on mine too. When I try to start simulation this little box supposed to appear and write what's the progress on star...

when you start the simulation I assume you expect the splash screen of Modelsim. I have never noticed a progressbar.

What do you want to do with the wvf?create it rerun??

I just needed to run University Program WVF and see the output. But I fixed it. The problem is solved by installing quartus to C.
