Quartus Help Problem

Hi

I'll try to describe shortly my problem with Quartus Help problem:

context help feature does not work:

pressing F1 on the error or warning message in all cases brings the initial Help page ("Welcome to the Quartus II Software").

Reinstalling Altera Design Suite didn't help.

Current version installed: 10.1SP1. Same problem was in 9.1SP2, 10.0SP1.

workstation environment:

32-bit PC, 3.25GB RAM, Intel Core2 Quad CPU,

Win XP SP3,

Default and the only browser: Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13.
