Quartis 15.0.0.145 programmer crashes when loading pof file

I am running Quartis 15.0.0.145 on windows 10, and when I try to load a .pof file into the programmer it crashes. Any .pof file crashes it. I can load and program .sof files. Can anyone help me? ...
