New ContributorThank you Zawani, i could finally download the report. However, it is not clear which of the tests apply to these products, e.g. i find EN63xx under HAST classified as Power SoC Technology, but i don't find any "power" in the lifetest tables, only the following

Arria® V, Cyclone® V 28 nm

Intel® MAX® 10 55nm

so EN6347QA + EN6360QA belong to which of these technologies?
