Pull up on configuration pin of Cyclon II

I am planning to use 4.7K pull up for Config ,nstatus and conf_done pin insted of 10K as mention in datasheet ,Please advice what will be the problem in using strong pullup. The reson is part standar...

Apparently you are assuming a problem, why? Altera is exactly specifying 10 k without additional comments. So nobody will know about a problem unless he tried different values. But I guess, noone will.
