problem with license QUARTUS II Web Edition 11sp1

The problem with QUARTUS II Web Edition 11sp1. Install the program then get the file license. Dat. I opened the draft says that a license is not suitable for use with CYCLON FAMILY. What do I do with it? Thanks.

    Same problem here, i'm designing with cyclone hardware and need compilation support, have someone found out how to get the licese?
