Problem with JTAG

I work with development board DE-115, with Quartus2 on PC.

I worked in RUN and everything burned as required

Suddenly the next day it stopped Burn

When I click start in programmer - the card does not respond

LED lights continue to blink - it's not a good sign ..

I do not see any warning message

By the way, the connection to the blaster works well

Please note, I've changed my FPGA and the problem does not exist in the other FPGA.

Can you help me please? Why is my card not burned?
