PQFP240 Land Pattern

Hello all. I am working on a package for board layout for a Cyclone III using the PQFP40 package. I need to know what the recommended land pattern for this package is... not having any luck finding...

Actually you can download a free LP-Viewer (after registering with Mentor ...) and it will show you the land-patterns for almost any standard package. I suggest you look in the SMN7531B library (the N stands for nominal, the L for least, and the M for Maximum), you will see that the IPC recommendation for the MS-029 Variation GA is a pad of 0.30 x 1.60 at 34.0 mm centre spacing
