power play question

what is the correct data to be entered to the power play estimator in this case:

im using 160 DQ lines that connect point to point to discrete DDR2 components.

i want to use OCT dynamic with calibration so ive entered:

SSTL-18,160 BI-DIRECTIONAL,5% TOGGLE,150MHZ AT DDR,OE = 50% & drive=series 50 ohm.

if i choose parallel 50 ohm also i get too musch dissipatin added and its not logical..

sould i need to choose parallel 50 ohm in that case?

does the SSTL class I already implements the termination?
