pll does not simulate

trying to run a simulation with Altera modelsim 10.0c starter edition, and recieve the following: Warning: (vsim-3473) Component instance "pll_rx_inst : pll_rx_0002" is not bound

library altera_lnsim;

use altera_lnsim.altera_lnsim_components.all;
