orcad library for 5AGXBB5 not opening plz suggest?

I am trying to open 5AGXBB5.OLB IN ORCAD 9.0 BUT LIBRARY is not opening plz suggest?

    I think the libraries were created using version 15.0 of the tools (that is what the Allegro footprints indicate).

    I just opened the 5AGXBB5.OLB in version 16.6, and tried to save it to an earlier version, but the only option is 16.2 format.

    If you can find a procedure on how to use the latest edition tools to convert down to Capture 9.0, I'll try it for you. Search the Cadence group, as someone has probably asked in the past.

    i am not geeting how to convert orcad library of 5AGXBB5 to ocard 9.0 version please help if possible

    Hi Dave,

    Don't know if you could help on this - sounds like you got the tools. Were trying to get the symbol for 5CSEBA6 into Altium - we can't import the Orcad .OLB symbol direct from the Altera site as its too new - if we could get it in 16.2 format that would work. Any chance you could convert and post it? Can't find anyone who can help will this :(
