Open Drain MAX3000A

Hi all, I plan to use EPM3064 in some app. In old fashion logic, when I need to swing at 9Vdc I use to use 7406 or 7407 gates witch cand be drived by 3.3V and pull-up'ed at 9V for some CMOS log...

Hello,

MAX3000 can handle up to 5 V input and open drain output voltage. Absolute maximum I/O pin voltage specification is 5.7 V. The intended 9 V would certainly damage the device, you must use an external driver.
