Honored ContributorHello, the source of the problem seems to be the same as that reported in thread "Broken Download Altera Quartus Lite" ( http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53041 ), that is a temporary unavailability of the download server. I filed a Service Request and got the answer that they are working on this issue with their IT team. So, be patient and try later...
