Hallo together.
Does somebody know if there are any special rudiments for a NIOS II (C4) to implement self test functions? Is there any documents from Altera, how to implement such testing functions? I’m interested in testing the code running on NIOS and testing NIOS hardware. Thanks Sim2 Replies

Thanks for the information. An other interesting feature vs SEU is the stratix V sensitivity information which is described here in figure 2 : http://www.altera.com/literature/wp/wp-01135-stxv-seu-mitigation.pdf
The availability of this mega function was announced with release 12.1 of Quartus but I didn't find it...
