NIOS II IDE errors!!!!!!

Ive been using NIOS II IDE for some time and I face some irrelevant errors while compiling and Downloading the Nios software on the hardware. Im using a DE2 baord. When compiling I face some errors like " could not allocate heap....." when programming I face some errors like : "There are no nios II CPUs with debug modules......" sometimes I restart the computer and occasionally some of these errors get fixed...but what is really wrong??!!!!!!

Ive heard that we wont face these problems if we use NIOS II SBT for eclipse. Is it right?
