Network on Chip interface

I am your new group fellow. I am working on NoC(network on chips). Can any one help me in developing vhdl code for NETWORK INTERFACE of NoC and Processor. Actually I have to interconnect the NoC and the multiprocessors.

Type of NoC i will use is HERMES & processor i will use will be very simple processor like stack processor
