Need to program N25Q128 Flash memory

Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie to all this stuff here so I hope you'll bear with me...

I'm looking for some low cost but effective way to download data (fastest download time possible) into an N25Q128 spi flash memory. While browsing around I ran into the Parallel Flash Loader, which seems to be what I need.

Unfortunately, I don't know where to start. What tool/s do I need to buy in order to accomplish what I want?
