need to License for ARM hard processor

Hi, Need I a ARM Hard Processor License for using it in the Qsys ? Best Regards

Hi, I've tried generating a Qsys with CV HPS Component using Quartus lite (free) and it is successful. I assume that the ARM DS-5 license is needed once you use DS-5 for software development.
