Need help with Ethernet

Hi, I'm trying to create a simple UDP gigabit ethernet on De2-150i. I found some code here

It's written for xilinx but I manage to port it to quartus. The ethernet leds indicate that there are signal transmitting but wireshark didn't pick up anything.

Can anyone help me with it?
