hi is there any known prevention on Cyclone IV GX, to connect MSEL pins to value = "1111"? (connected correctly to VCCA = 2.5V) Best regards

it seems illegal, I'm trying to understand if it is a mode i should prohibit, cause it can cause the fpga to wake up its configuration pins in an Unknown state. Best regards
