Modelsim error with PLL if parameters for dynamic features is enabled

Quartus 16 patch 16.0.2.2.2.2

Modelsim 10.5d

I've got error if checked

Altera PLL -> Settings -> Enable access to dynamic phase shift portsor any other dynamic parameter
