modelsim_ase and win32aloem cant find path

I tried to find modelsim_ase or win32aloem, but their not located in any folder in c:\altera

I've tried downloading different versions of quartus, but nothing. isn't quarts equipped with modelsim, or is that a separate download. Can someone please let me know where to go or what to download, I've been stock on this for hours.
