ModelSim 10.1b starter edition (quartus 12.1 web edition) :unable to initialize OLE2

hi,

i'm recently using quartus II 12.1 Web edition / Modelsim 10.1b altera Starter Edition under Windows 7/ 32 bit.

When i start Modelsim, i get this error, see please attached file.This solution doesnt help me:(

Solution was Uninstall modelsim

then

START>Run type regedt32

In the Registry Editor window that pops up do EDIT> Find

type Model Technology Incorporated

and Delete that folder

Reinstall Modelsim
