Mil-hdbk-217f

Hello every one,

This is my first post on this forum, I hope to be clear.

I would like to know how to obtain reliability figures of Altera components regarding the MIL-HDB-217F in particular environment like AIC (Airbone Inhabited Cargo).

I look at the Reliability Report on Altera website but I don't find that sort of information.

My particular interest is for the following component :

EP3SL70FxxxI3[/B][/B]
