MAX10 can’t erase CFM when niosii run from UFM

When I try erase CFMx or UFM (may be write also) the On-Chip Flash Status Register return 2'b11-BUSY_READ

If I start this program from internal RAM(?) – in eclipse: Run As -> choose NIOS II Hardware – "erase" work correctly.

May be CFM and UFM write protected when program run from UFM?

PS: protection bits sets correctly, I try erase CFM1,2 when work from CFM0 and vice versa
