Max10 (BeMicro) Dual Compression Image Error for Remote Update

I resolved this issue after re-create Qsys project with Dual Compressed Mode.

I don't know why it doesn't work with previous Qsys file.

I created new Qsys file as AN-730.

I set internal configuration mode with Dual Compressed Imaged mode. AN-730 Page-25 ~ 40.

Then I recompiled altera project with Qsys. No Error.
