Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- The megawizard should tell you. --- Quote End --- Should. As of Quartus V11, there's no PLL... But of course it's unlikely, that the silicon will be updated in Q4. So apparently, the PLL is there, but yet unsupported in software.
