Max V (5M40ZE64C5N) in Eagle

I would like to use the Max V (5M40ZE64C5N) in Eagle but there is no library for it.

5M40ZE64C5N uses 64-EQFP (7x7) - exposed ground pad on bottom

Has someone created one?

    ok, here is the solution. Download the bsdl files from Altera.com. go to Eagle library and run make from BSDL file ULP script. I had to run this from free Eagle on windows, due to error with running Eagle on Mac. This will create a package to use.
