Max 10 FPGA ( 10M16SAU169I7G ) JTAG issue

Hello ,

We are using Max 10 FPGA ( 10M16SAU169I7G ) in one of my project.

when I am trying to flash the MAX10 FPGA through Altera USB blaster it gets failed.

I got following results while probe the FPGA pins,

CONF_DONE pin is low state

NSTATUS pin is continuously toggling.

I am attaching schematic for your reference.

    Hi Lakshmanan,

    May i know are you using USB Blaster II? If it so, can you reduce the TCK frequency to 6MHz and try again?
