Looking for a video board

Hi,

I've a project to realize a board to make overlay on composite color video signal.

Composite In -> + OVERLAY -> Composite Out

I'm need to draw line and text on different font.

I never work with Fpga , I don't know how to choose the right FPGA . Is there a demoboard that can make what I want to make test before ?
