Letter of Volatility (LOV) and any Applicable Sanitization Procedures

I am in need of a Letter of Volatility and any applicable sanitation procedures for the Intel PN: "PL-USB2-BLASTER" (FPGA download programmer). Can you please send me this information? Thanks!
