Which link are you referring to? you forgot to attach the link .. however, I found this paper from Altera, it shows that in the Cyclone EP1C20, it seems that the logic fabric is 5 times the area as that of the memory fabric .. pdf file (http://www.altera.com/literature/cp/cyclone-lc-hp-fpga-423.pdf?gsa_pos=4&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=die%20area%20cyclone%20ii) regards,
