JTAG problem

HI !!:) Itry program FLEX10K. I have strange problem: i open programmer in Qartus 7 but it's dont recognize my Jtag cabel/ it's write "no hardware"/ I tried program FLEX10K from MAXPLUS program...

"no hardware" means, that the ByteBlaster II hasn't been selected (respectively not yet installed) in programmer hardware setup. If ByteBlaster is selected but not recognized, the message is "hardware not connected".
