Just for knowing.... how long do you take to program the FPGA with the microcontroller?

Because using the Jrunner in the PC, it takes 25 seconds, but with the microcontroller it takes ¡¡¡ 5 minutes !!! (it's independent from the complexity or lenght of the FPGA code) It seems to be a lot, I've searched in the code if it's a place (like a define) where you can modify something related with a delay or something like that, but I've found nothing :(
