Is it right that I import the .inc into the quartus can make the project done ?

Stratix III cant support altcam ip core, there's no altcam.inc in the quartus 11.

Is it right that I import the altcam.inc into the quartus,then I can make the fast multiple match mode of project in the Stratix III board done well?

    I believe the altcam was for Apex only, which directly supported CAM implememntations with its memory. All devices since then do not. So I doubt porting the .tdf files from the megafunction over will work.
