Honored ContributorIs DDR2 PHY in Stratix IV device hardcore or not?
If it is hardcore, does it mean we only can use pins nearby PHY as ddr2 IOs, is it right?

Thanks for reply. I think DLL/PLL should be specific hardware resource which are used by DDR2 PHY.
