Is Cyclone III not compatible with Windows 8 ?

I have a Cyclone III FPGA Starter kit and after pluging it to my PC with Win 8, nothing happens, and no hardware is found. So, is Cyclone III compatible with Win8 and how can I proceed to set up USB ...

Thanks a lot my friend. I have finally discovered how to install USB BLASTER in Win 8. The fact is that Win 8 is a bit different from Win 7. That's it. Thank you again.
