Is cyclone II reconfigurable?

Hi Folks, I'm pretty new to Altera FPGA systems. I intend to do a project related which deals with a low-cost reconfigurable architecture and I'm intend to use a Cyclone II EP2C20F484C7 device....

I have decided to do the project(not exactly the robot) on the cyclone II dev kit.
