Iris Recognition

Hi,

I'm working with the DE2 board and the camera Terasic TRD-D5M (5 Mpixels).

I want to take a picture of the eye and extract all the features. I can take a picture, but the problem is that the iris is out of focus..is blurred. Is it possible adjust the focus of the sensor??

somebody has a trick that could help me?

I prove with different resolution cameras, zoom, and at different distances, but I can not see the features of the iris

    Deblur algorithms are complicated and require that you know ALL physical parameters of the lens and of the sensor.

    So first of all I advise you to find all information you can find about your camera.

    Doing so might have a very nice side effect: you might learn how to control the focus, and that will save you the trouble of implementing the deblur algorithm.

    Did you make any progress with this? I too am having issues with bluriness.
