Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Transceiver Model (IBIS-AMI)

Hi

I am looking for the IBIS-AMI transceiver model for the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA. On the intel website, it's not available and it asks to "contact your intel sales representative". We did call them, but they don't have it, and they don't even understand our request.

What's the deal? Many other FPGAs have the model available to download, so this one should also be available so that we can do a Signal Integrity simulation. Please suggest a working solution other than this "sales representative" thing which has been a dead end for us.
