install Startix II V family device

I am using quartus II 9.1, trying to do some timing analysis on Startix II V while it is not installed, so how can I install this family?

are you trying to target Stratix II or Stratix V?

in any case you'll probably need Quartus II Subscription Edition, Web Edition offers limited support for Stratix families

to use the Stratix V family, use the latest software (10.1sp1 at this time)
