Im New and i just bought my usb blaster help please!

You can find the manual here (http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_usb_blstr.pdf).

You'll probably need to make yourself a cable to connect the JTAG signals to the blaster but I doubt that the XBox has any Altera components, so I don't know what you'll be able to do with the USB blaster.
