I2C Sensor reading only zero

Hello all,

I'm working on a project using the DE2 board. I made my system in SOPC builder using the OpenCores I2C-Mster core. The one with wishbone connections etc. I have the SCL and SDA connected to GPIO pins in which I am connected to a SENSIRION SHT21 sensor.

As I run my program, when I check for the retrieved data, the memory location only has 0's. Is there possibly something I am missing? See screenshots of SOPC and my program below.
