I am looking for EOL schedule information for the Cyclone II FPGA and the MAX II EPLD. Specifically: EP2C20F484C7N and EPM240T100C5N The Cyclone II has a status of Do Not Use for New Designs. But I find no other information as to life cycle.

For your information, EP2C20F484C7N EPM240T100C5N are still active and available. Anyhow, the life cycle is depending on its order volume and they are consider as old device. Hence they are not recommended for new design as they might be EOL soon.
