How to use altera_mf.v to convert intel hex?

Hi all,

As the title says, I am trying to initialize the memory ram so that I can simulate this in modelsim. I have read that I could use altera_mf.v to convert .hex to verilog code.

Does anyone know the step by step how to use this? Or anyone can point any application notes I should read?
