Thank you both for your replies. The tutorial is linked in my first post. It's hard to see the actual link. When I followed steps I choosed the whole MAX10 eval board (this one that I have) and not bare MAX10 chip, there where device has to be choosen. Thus, in Pin Planner I got all pins configured somehow, instead of only those 4-5 pins for LEDs, CLK and switch. When I choosed a bare MAX10 chip and then configured only these 5 pins in Pin Planner, everything works! Thank you
