How to simulate SRAM with modelsim on a NIOS II system?

Hello Pierre,

for the DDR2 HP controller, Altera supplies also "simple" functional simulation models, probably not for SDRAM. I used manufacturer models(e. g. Micron RAM or Spansion Flash) with previous simulations.
